Shanghai Palace Restaurant boasts of an extensive a la carte menu that varies from familiar to exotic; with a wide variety of set menus, shabu-shabu menu and complemented by a delightful array of dimsum items.

The Hong Kong-trained chef and his staff intricately designed a menu of their interpretation of traditional Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine, and added a selection of other Asian favorites, all customized to satisfy every palate.

The Peking Duck is one of the most popular items on the menu. Other favorites include fried pigeon, steamed turtle, and the assortment of fresh seafood dishes like lobster, crab, lapu-lapu, and sea bass. The chefs are also more than willing to whip up dishes off the menu upon request of guests.
